Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final - No Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold on the Site (including cosmetic ingredients, personal care items, tools, containers, and accessories).

Do not mail items back to us unless we explicitly provide written instructions.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

If something is wrong, we’ll make it right

Even though we don’t accept returns, we will review issues case-by-case and, where appropriate, offer one of the following remedies for the affected item(s):

  • Replacement

  • Reshipment

  • Refund to the original payment method

Examples of eligible situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damage in transit

  • Product defect upon arrival (for example, leakage due to packaging failure)

  • Lost in transit (see section 5)

How to report an issue (required information)

Please contact us using the Customer Service page and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos (required for most cases): outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the affected item(s)

Notice windows (to help us investigate quickly)

  • Visible shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery

  • Concealed damage: within 7 days of delivery

Late notice may limit our ability to investigate and may affect the remedy, subject to applicable law.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days after issuance.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears lost in transit, contact us promptly. We may offer a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation (or after a reasonable waiting period based on the carrier’s process and expected delivery timelines).

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us right away so we can assist with reasonable next steps (carrier inquiry, address verification, etc.). Outcomes may depend on carrier results and applicable law.
